- 4½" squares: Cut 2 lavender, 2 purple, 1 dark green.
- 4 7/8" squares: cut 2 light green, 2 dark green; then cut each diagonally to make 6 triangles of each color. Stitch triangle units together.
- Stitch into rows of three, then stitch the 3 rows together.

Put together 12 Calico Puzzle blocks, turning every other block a quarter turn, in 4 rows of 3 each. Add 3" borders. This is a throw size quilt, 42" x 54".
